Reserve your beef half now!
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your beef half. Once we receive your deposit we will contact you with a processing date and cut sheet. Your meat will be custom cut based on your preferences and needs. An additional payment will be required by processing date, and balance due at or before pick up.
Final price will be based on hanging weight. A beef half averages 250-350 pounds (hanging weight).
Example, a half weighing 300 pounds (hanging) will cost approximately $1725, plus processing. Once we have the hanging weight you will be billed for the balance, due before or at time of pick up.
