A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your beef half. Once we receive your deposit we will contact your with a processing date and cut sheet. Your meat will be custom cut to your specifications and needs. An additional payment will be required by processing date, and balance due at or before pick up. Pick up will be done directly at the processor, not at the farm.
